Today is our ‘HOW TO’ day, here are five tips on making a classic centerpiece at home from our Executive Housekeeper - Archana Gupta

• Flower base should be clean so that the water appears neat and clean. 

• Oasis used for the centerpiece should be wet enough to make an arrangement last  longer.

• The botanicals in the centerpiece should neither be longer or shorter than the vase, both can affect the shelf life of the centerpiece.

• The pollens from the flowers to be used for the centerpiece should be removed; this will increase the shelf life of the arrangement.

• Water should be sprayed regularly to enhance the shelf life of an arrangement
